Just a few updates to maps

Hey guys just informing you that we have updated four maps on the server

These maps are

1. Canyon 2012: Fixed cells and lighting + fixed ladder up to top of the watertower
2. Ressurection: Added a teleport to cells and added a catwalk + delayed the random events for the first round so it doesnt crash the server
3. Carceris: Fixed the disco
4. foxriver: Fixed the glitched cells which allowed terrorists to open on touch

N0TE: THANKS TO JETPACKIN FOR GIVING UP HIS TIME TO FIX THESE MAPS WITH A POSITIVE AND ETHUSIASTIC ATTITUDE!!

hahaha WD im sure all the JBers would be happy, as i do remember myself being one back in the day. those times are past me anyway, just a casual visit every now and then is all
