Expanding to Gmod?

What about expanding our community to some other source based games like Gmod?

Gmod is an excellent building game but i don't think it would work out the best for Dtk.

Gmod is a awesome game but I think DtK has tried this before with multiple games and doesnt work out very well because DtK is strictly a Counter Strike Community and All of the players enjoy Counter Strike so much its hard to balance how much time you would spend on the 2 games.

EVery expansion is cost demanding I don't think we can do that. If we had sponsors then we would have lot more servers and games.

I can code lua, and I have been a part of major Gmod communities in Australia, and I highly recommend against it.

With my background, gmod is a dangerous place full of skids with DevNull and SethHack, not even worth considering playing. Even though SH is closed down and DN is gone, SHv5 source was released leaving plenty of open spaces for more hacks to be introduced, and ddos attacks are STILL very common on gmod.

Not only that, but Gmod is slowly dying, because communities ddos eachother, people steal people's gamemodes (DU) and post leaked content, gamemodes such as PERP, TTT, Dark RP are pointless now-a-days, because 99% of PERP servers get ddos'd, TTT servers are full of hackers everywhere, I know at least 5 or 6 people on my friendslist (including myself) that have coded their own private lua hacks, and ripped some whitelisted modules and used them for no-spread and no-recoil hacks.

And all of them (Not including myself, for I don't play gmod anymore, and never used it and was more for bragging rights) use their hacks freely wherever they want. I've played gmod since gmod 8, which is around 5 or 6 years, and I definitely can see the death of gmod coming near, and Gmod 13 won't do much to save it. In the past year and a half, gmod has died down and the only way it is fun, is if you're on a local hamachi server or a LAN with your friends, or if you're a lua coder and sit in singleplayer coding, or stuff like that, the multiplayer part of Gmod is crap now.
