Would like to know what your thoughts are on the game so far..
Im quite liking the new cs even though it looks just like the old one but better graphix and brighter for some reason.
The guns feel like they spray soo much more but it dosent bother me because the MW3 players will hate it
im going to stick with css
mainly cause better servers and i can atleast join servers -_-
dont really like the aiming of cs:go, i find it more harder to aim than css

The only source I will be playing from now on is the final comp lans that are happening until the label is dropped completely, basically moving strait to GO with the rest of the community!

Valve only changes if the competitive scene says so. All updates were thanks to the community, Valve actually listens to the feedback.
How many changes has it gone through? Alot.
Valve is trying to create a whole new experience but still maintaining the Counter Strike aspect.
It'll take time before Valve will say, yep thats perfect.
@Krezand. Same thing happened when Source came out, it's only time when everyone will get used to it. Some may not, that's why before GO, the 1.6 community was still larger then Source. And it's a fact GO will revive the competitive scene, even though the US and Europe CS scene is a whole alot different to AU.
The game is great, the only major problem is the footstep sound, I can hear before footsteps from everywhere, so its hard to distinguish who is who.
The feels of them game is off, where shots you think wouldve definately had hit them, but apparently it didnt. However at this very moment id refer Source, but GO's pug is still somewhat the same, except the dead can see where the bomb is going...
Sensivity feels different.

Little things that are lacking in the game which were present in CS:S. Whether they'll act upon it, who knows.
Things like the 'spray tag' feature and on custom maps the loading bar is absent and it makes me feel uneasy as to whether big maps are actually loading or not.
It just made me feel at home, having it missing kinda made me cringe.
Game mechanics are relatively similar but there are definitely some restrictions to moving which make the game feel less natural - i.e bhopping.
I do like the variety of skins used for terrorists and counter terrorists to suit map atmosphere. It just takes a while to adjust to considering they change A LOT.
Additional weapons are always a plus side too!
But I mean, Valve has the potential to make this a great game and I understand it takes time.. It just kinda sucks that they haven't reinforced minor things prior to releasing, when they know they are essential considering the various audiences who play Source have modified the game in order to make it more enjoyable.

go is good and still a baby updates will fix bugs etc
it has a lot more guns and sticks to short mid and long range damage more than source does.
you have to be a lot more careful about spraying in go as the guns have a terrible spray pattern stick to short bursts while standing still preferably crouching to get the best out of your aim.
my thoughts are that go is/will be a great game given time don't be so critical of a game that has just been renamed from cs:go beta to cs:go, bug fixes to come

Agreed. I can hear EVERYONE in the whole map! (mabe not the whole map) but ateast a few rooms away.. its like everyones got fat in cs:go? haha
Has anyone played Far cry? I know its nothing like far cry but i think the gun's anamation and sound of them is very similar.
go to settings and change the crosshairs to classic and then to static. it makes it just like CSS, i instantly got much better as soon as i did that.
I think CS:GO is very graphically similar to FarCry 2.
