I am sure you probly know this but we cant do much if you don't have some sort of proof of this happening. I am not saying you are a liar but it would help if you
1. Type record dust2abusing
2. Type stop ( when you wish to stop recording)
3. upload the demo to mediafire ( its in your css strike folder)
4. Submit to sourcebans
5. Tell a a admin to go have a look at it
6. Have a good day
read my signature for how to deal with problems in game on our servers, it's complete with links to the guides and sourcebans etc.
What you've described though hardly calls for any bans though. Unfortunately, according to some "the way things are done" in online gaming is to be constantly putting other people down on gaming servers, usually it's just a superiority complex that there's just no talking common sense or courtesy to. Best thing to do is ignore it.
As for the accusations of hacking/cheating, again, ignore it, if he or anyone else honestly thinks you are hacking/cheating, then they can take the time to record and submit a demo to sourcebans and let the administrators handle it.
What I suggest, if you honestly do have a problem with what the player does/is doing then you can mute him in your own game console, to do this, is fairly simple:
1. Press escape (bringing the counter-strike: source game menu up)
2. click on "Player List"
3. scroll through the list until you find the name of the person you don't wish to be hearing/listening to anymore, highlight the name(s)
4. click the button that says "Mute in game"
If you have a problem on any of our servers, record a demo [Link to Guide] and submit it to SourceBans [Link to Guide] one of our administrators will be more than happy to assist in making sure our servers are enjoyable and fair for everybody.
