Passing the test is easy enough to be on the whitelist but putting that knowledge into practice is a lot harder then it seems. Especially since jb is so popular and I see so many application requests. We really need a place where we can train cts so they don't feel like absolute noobs when they get rushed. I don't know if this is possible, but it's just a suggestion.
Im thinking a server would be a bit too far. But maybe time slots to be trained in.
Putting that knowledge into practice should be done BEFORE taking the white list test. The test is on well you know and are experienced with the rules and the way it's played on our JB server, not how well you can regurgitate what you just read 5 seconds ago.

Training the ct's would mean kicking everyone from the server or being on the server when no one is on! Jailbreak is never really free, It's one of the most popular Dtk servers!
Come on at the times when there are low numbers and at times where its good to practice your skills

That is why before they take the whitelist and join CT, they should have game time as a T and observe how the CTs warden and what they do.
