at the top along the toolbar where it says home forum whatsnew members dtk servers dtk hlstatsx joining dtk sourcebans and then rules
click on the rules and a dropdown menu will appear and then you can click jb rules and there you go

im new but i think this is what you are after, at the top towards the right of the page there is a rules tab and that drops down and there is a Jailbreak Server Rules button and that will have everything you need, but if you dont want jailbreak they also have general server rules in the rules drop down and forum rules hope i helped (sorry if i was wrong)
I think some people should read those rules over again.. especially the ones about delaying during an !lr, accidents during an !lr and planting guns during a knfie fight. Also, wasn't the nazi rule removed?
