Can we get some Active admins on Jailbreak? Honestly its one of the most popular servers of DTK and yet the Admins are nowhere to be seen.
If you want a good server, You need people to look after it...
I understand that Jasper has problems currently.
Honestly the only active admins i see online are Frendy, Dean and King (Except King is suspended)

It's a little hard to believe that some people need babysitting on this server. If someone is playing up just grab a demo from SourceTV and search for the time it happened. THen give it to an admin. Otherwise your own demo.
If you need any help in demos I'm sure any admin would be more than happy to assist you.

Your observation is noted, however you must understand that there are real life commitments, and there is virtual world commitments, which do you think takes precidence?
I myself work 8-5 weekdays, and when I get home I have an 8 month old son to take care of because I don't want to leave it up to my partner to take care of him 24/7. not to mention there is dinner to cook, a house to clean shopping to be done, home maintenance and an array of other things, I get on JB when I can however when I FINALLY do get to sit at my computer I have things to do for JB other than be ingame, and by the time I have done them its usually past 11 and I have to be up again at 7 to go to work so I have to get sleep so I can stay awake at work.
Now I can assure you that I monitor my admin time closely and they each have GOOD reasons why they can't be as active as they would like.
So please be patient while we work out our own lives before we can focus wholly on DtK.

i try to clock atleast 15 hours a week. Im in year 12 so i cant be on during day times from 9am-3pm and after that i try my best. Nos i <3 you bro you da sexy beast. If there is not an admin on demo and send it to one of the admins. They will sort it out.

But really the amount of time people spend off server is pretty bad i understand peoples irl commitments. BUT other servers have a perfect amount of admins visiting the servers and playing and making sure everything is well ON THE SERVER!
Jailbreak unfortuantly doesnt have this gametime from admins.

Why cant you guys ever be relaxed? Its just one moment in time where people were busy and you thought you needed things.
At the end of the day, its just a game. And if things arent going your way or you are getting frustrated, just change to another DtK server (there are HEAPS now) and come back later.
If someone broke the rules, be the mature player. Its just a game.
Do you guys remember why I stepped down?
It was because I felt bad for not being able to commit to the minimum hours you are required to play as a JA.
I cannot speak for the current admin team about their hours, and neither can anybody else. They have kept their positions becasue they are able to commit to the minimum hours required per week to play on the server. Doing the maths, the admins will total over 40 hours played per week MINIMUM, collectively. While it may be at a peak time or non-peak time, I am sure they are achieving it along with all the off-server comitments.
I remember Tonic mentioning to me that when I accepted admin, I should be 50-50 regarding forums and server. You would be surprised how much effort some people put in for you, when they are just gamers too.

I don't think you understand dj. Jb needs heaps more outside maintenance than you could imagine. One person cannot manage it all. And don't compare jb with other servers like surf, where they focus on the maps. We have much more to do, especially when we also need to make money and have an education. Your not going to pay for my Internet are you ?
