How to become admin

Since Im new to dtk, i've been wondering how to become an admin do you buy it or?

ugh why do so many people just join and spam a bunch of crap over forums so they can get it...

its not hard to search the forums... maybe using ur brain may help once in a while.

We have two main levels of admin operating on the servers and a few upper level staff, the below list will give you an idea of who to see if you have any issues with DTK servers or admin. All servers have one [SA] (Senior Administrator) and a number of [JA] (Junior Administrators). The main role for [SA] is to make sure the [JA] are doing their job correctly and fair.
[JA] are the guys you will see most on the servers and are handpicked by the [SA] and then approved by [C] Council based on maturity, involvement in forums and the associated server. [JA]’s are operating under strict guidelines, to achieve the best possible gamming environment for our community members and public players.
There are also a few upper level admin such as [S] (Staff) that roam the servers keeping a watchful eye on [SA] and the overall picture
I hope this gives you some insight to the current admin structure.

Long story short, admins are hand picked by senior administrators for their respective servers.

The information about ranks and such is in the HR section, and links are also in my sig, same with fishy, frag, umesh etc.

trust me, if you want admin, you need to work for it, by that i mean WORK ****** HARD ON A SERVER.

"buy it or." holy shit, I have been laughing so much from this, now to be serious, becoming admin does have a large repsonibitly if I was you I'd first become a N rank then rank up to M before thinking about admin, because you never know you might put all this effort and then simply leave DtK or something.

this is true, there was an excepion to this, but the person was loyal to the server and worked hard to get it populated and things like that. (not mentioning who though)
so yea..... just be loyal and help hte servers and you MAY be rewarded (coming from a non admin)

EDIT: i have seen servers that have 'buy admin' and they all went to the **** house
