As you guys all know there must be a million (over exaggerating) little kids that play and get bullied by being called a preb on dtk servers. Now it dosent piss me off coz im used to it but can we please please have a rule of telling ppl not to call other ppl preb it would be really appreciated.

that cs has an age limit.. your saying people shouldn't be abused... so at a bowlin alley there is no age restriction so their shouldn't be so much and towards the kids... but wen kids come onto an age restricted game and start complaining they are getting abused... they shouldn't even be playing this game...so really they have no say.

This is actually an issue, people saying that being called a preb is not an insult, need to rethink what they are saying. The word itself does not have any insulting connotations, HOWEVER people that use the word on our servers/forums say it with the EXPRESS INTENTION of insulting the target, THEREFORE it becomes an insult. Stop hiding behind unfounded reasons why you shouldn't feel like crap for trying I make someone else feel bad, and realize that you are a bad person.

Although i completely agree with the fact that insults and verbal attacking should not be allowed on our server I must incline to disagree with your opinion of the term preb not being used on the server.

I simply propose a new agreement...We will stop using he word preb as it is offensive and verbal harrassment is against the law right? This is why you want us to stop it because it is illegal?

My counter offer is for you to stop condoning the illegal use of the game by people under the age of 15 without parent supervision.

It is illegal for these kids to play the game without being accompanied by their legal guardian therefore for us to stop using verbal abuse (in name the word "preb") then you would have to agree to stop allowing children to break the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 on our servers.

That responsability falls on their parents, the responsability of not abusing people for some bullshit reason falls to you.

Right but it is not our responsibility to babysit their kids on our servers. Our servers are MA15+ rated as is the game therefore it carries the "course language" of a MA15+ game.

This is not some bullshit reason if they're illegally playing the game then they can put up with anything that they may face.

Also it is not upto their parents to let them sit there and play the game. The MA15+ stands for Mature Accompanied which means they are required by law to supervise their child while playing the game.

You are walking down the street, you see someone smash a window and climb inside to steal a TV. You yell at him What the ♥♥♥♥ are you doing, you shouldnt be stealing a TV dickhead. GTFO

If this went to court and you are a witness I am sure that the criminal would not press charges for being abused by you because he was breaking the law by stealing a TV just as a kid is breaking the law by playing on our servers.

It's playing on a MA15+ restricted game. This means by federal law they are required to be supervised while playing this game due to it's mature content. The rating is not a reccomendation it is a requirement of the Classification act of 1995.
