It has been decided to remove the Nazi rule from the JB server for the time being as not many people actually understands what it means so therefor it is not having the desired effect.
Therefor starting this saturday (23/6) the Nazi rule will no longer be in affect. however this does not mean you can go full nazi (retard) and expect to get away with it. Nazism is a neccessary part of the game however in moderation.

Removeing the nazi rule isn't going to solve JB's problems. You even said that people arn't seeing what it's mean tot be. So why nottell the people what it's mean to be? removing it isn't going to change a thing. Maybe explain the nezi rule in more detain than a sentanc eyer? Maybe people will actually understand.

I'll start brain storming some ideas to hopefully rectify the Nazi issues with Jailbreak as it seems a lot of people couldn't quite grasp what the rule meant last time.
It's a difficult thing to even describe what a Nazi is on Jailbreak, let alone create a rule to moderate it.
I think for the time being we'll see how it goes, if things just get horrible we'll look into finding a way to fix it.
Yes my time has been minimal on JB lately due to job issues >.> but I still care for DTK and JB.
