Should de_dust be scrapped?It might just be me, but everytime I hop onto the dust server and playing Dust 2 everyone seems to join. When it comes to de_dust everyone leaves. I believe the map is just too big for DM. Other dust maps that are not bigger than de_dust 2 would be great. If anyone can suggest any.

Hey, nice map man, would love to get it on the server and see what everyone thinks. does it need a .nav? looks good, the only thing i could see is the bomb site b sign facing where old ct spawn use to be is still there =]

As for dust have a look @ the statistics for No. players during each rotation on the server. That is a real indication of whether it is being successful or not. We cant really try big maps either, they just dont work as dust2 unlimited showed. People like the hard/continuous action.

Yes we are looking in to the dust map being removed, due to poor feedback, I have talked to S15yo the dust2/dust senior admin about what to do with this map. something will be done within the next few days. We want to trial nicks new map. and see what the feedback is lik, infact I will look in to it tonight with s15 as soon as we have a chance.
Sounds good mate. I hope it improves some what, and some where. Can we trail some other 'Dusty' maps?

Well i can find you heaps... and i mean heaps... there are so many dust and office remakes its not funny not all are very good... some are half decant though and should be given a shot

does anyone else agree that they are more bias to the T's? i find i can get to either vending machine easiler when a T. not fair really
Actually the CT's have it better, more cover when going from spawn to short A using the bomb site A route, plus the CT's can prevent the T's from reaching the vending machine in the first place from Double Doors, Lower B halls and the spot right beside the vending machine provides so much cover.
when a CT gets awp - he/she can fall back to double doors, lower b or A but when a T rushes to the machine to get awp, well its not so convenient.
Both sides have adv/disadv , so its all good IMO.
