Server Bans app from steambans

I'm sure one thing gamers hate is hackers and I have seen a few unruly hackers come onto your servers. I'm not sure how exactly this program works but if your interested, have a read and go from there
TBH I'm not sure if its just as effective as any other detection app's out there

Don't be so quick to shoot him down, a lot of people don't know how or refuse to record demos, this potentially could be very useful.

I didn't shoot him down.
I showed him the links of where to go for something like this if he ever is sus of a hacker.
I also, incase you missed it, said it was well done of him to find something like this.

Yes potentially it can be useful for the server admin side, if you dl the app it has a read me for installation, which i'm not savvy on but maybe cross referencing with the forums in steambans will maybe make sense once installed. It would pay to join up with steambans and ask further questions on the application

I don't understand what this is, can someone please go into discribing it more thoroughly please?
E.g. from what i read you're talking about recording demo's etc, and finding steam id's? hmm?

thanks for the suggestion i am sure council will read this thread, but when things similar have come up in the past, there has always been one failure, DtK tend to only want open source mods where they can check the code as it has happened in the past to others that code writers have written back doors into the program to give them selves immunity or admin etc.
