Any chance we can make the vote headshot only command ADMIN ONLY? (Or maybe limit the vote to once per map) There are certain people that keep spamming the command until its voted in. I dont mind it, but I hate the vote spam as it defeats the purpose of a vote in the first place.
i am pretty sure members or higher can only vote it on anyways? or are we talking about rands

30 seconds doesn't really help with the problem. For a setting that completely alters the game, should only be voted on once a match or at admins discretion IMO.

At admins discretion makes it unfair for when a group of people who are playing with no admin actually want it on.
However, the !cp menu is there for responsible use and people should be using it responsibly, not spamming votes. Maybe the time limit how often a vote can be started should looked into.

Fair enough, basically my gripe is the fact that it doesnt get used responsibly. No problem playing headshots only if thats what people want to to.
Also went through this problem with the votekick option months ago.

I haven't seen it being abused, unless you count me when on a hot streak for the night and I "INSIST" it being on
But I can see where it could fail. Till now we have depended on the !cp being used in a proper manner. I will look into it being modified so that it can only be voted on say every 5 minutes perhaps. In that time, the people wanting it done will most likely have forgotten or the round will have ended.

Honestly, I don't see why the majority should have to suffer because of the actions of the minority.
If someone is !cp abusing continually spamming the vote for HS only then take a demo and send it into SB so it can be dealt with accordingly.
That way, the person abusing it is punished while others can still enjoy the freedoms of a server that is designed to be for the most part, self sufficient, relying on minimal administrator interference.

Becca i don't see this would hurt anyone except the 'minority', if it's made possible so you can't use the headshot only cp option every 5 minutes or so as stig suggested. As people can still play and use cp (it's not likely that they'd want headshot option off/on within 5 minutes?!)

Always feel lame having a whinge about people vote spamming or sending in a demo. Its not a problem I feel that warrants and infraction or ban, but rather some tweaking of the settings such that it can not become a problem.
Any type of cp abuse, i can put a ban on. Cheers for the feddback i will keep an eye on the cp logs to make sure we keep this under control. If you spot anyone doing this, pm me brew and ill come and sort it out. If i can make it due to war prac or scrims, send me steam ID and poss screenshot or short demo and ill take care of it.
