    Are you sure u deleted all the dtk model files?

    goto crogram files/steam/steam apps/your account name/coutnerstrike source/ctrike/models/player

    delete all folders which have dtk in the name or techknow in the name

    and make sure you have custom downloads enabled. in CSS options >multiplayer > enable custom downloads
