It would be on C:\program files\steam\steamapps\yourname\common\cstrike\file name I'm not sure if the flow of folders is correct but i'm sure you will figure it out. Let's chat in steam i'll teach you how to use sb.
type record "name of hacker" to start recording. then type stop to stop the recording. then to watch, type playdemo "name of hacker" then type "sv_cheats 1" and "r_drawothermodels 2" to see through walls. good tool to check if the fella is hacking.
