Alright I've done the first part, there's just one thing. Your link doesn't work.
ok to transfer them into transparency for cs:s, download a program called VTFedit. install it, then run it. when you run it go file, import, and then find the PNG file. import it, then save the file as a .vtf . then follow these instructions: http://www.dying2kill.com.au/threads...ghlight=import
BTW im good with Photoshop CS4 well I'm not good with it but I have used it to make transparent sprays before.
