k heres what u do
place the vtf file in program files>steam>steamapps>yourname>counter strike source>cstrike>materials>vgui>logos

then go in game and go to options then multiplayer, then click import spray then go to logos and click on the file then click ok and apply

The spray doesn't work, Like if I change to the new spray it will still be my old spray :S
