That's just layman's terms for what I have been saying. It wont be a new a SDK in the tools menu they will just release their new compilers and configuration for the SDK we already have.

Im sorry to prove you wrong but valve just confirmed that they will make an SDK
Not too sure what the specific version is, we are talking version 21 for maps though.

Updated Portal 2. It will be able to load previous map versions to an extent and will mount the generic source 2007 textures. Their will not be a new SDK released for it, more a less an accompanying update, even though GO can load existing custom content.
Hey do you know what build of the source engine cs:go will be on (if this sounds stupid please consider im 12 and I don't know much)
