http://www.mediafire.com/?m5slu5dla74ioes. Extract the files and place them both in > C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\username\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\VGUI\logos < there. Open up cs:s and it should already be in your spray list. If it isn't, import it from that location.
